Amit’s experience is rooted in software and tech-enabled service companies. Prior to joining Telescope Partners, Amit was Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy at Expert Institute, a leading company in the legal technology market. Amit led the strategy, finance, and HR departments as a member of the executive team.
Prior to Expert Institute, Amit was a growth equity investor at Spectrum Equity with a focus on financial technology, HCIT, and vertical software. Earlier, he was an investment banker with Wells Fargo Security where he worked on a variety of advisory, equity, and debt transactions in the technology, media, and telecom sector. Amit graduated from Duke University with a B.S.E in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Economics.
